Trullo Rondini Acquarula may comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located in the heart of the Itria Valley, in the countryside of Alberobello (2.5km), a few minutes' drive from Locorotondo (6km), Martina Franca (11km), Cisternino (16km) and Ostuni (35km). The beaches of Monopoli and Fasano can be reached in less than half an hour driving.
The main entrance to the property is located in front of the tree-lined driveway that leads to the swimming pool and opens to a large single room that once housed the farmhouse stables. Today, it houses a comfortable living room equipped with smartTv and powerful bluetooth soundbar (TivรนSat available) then, the dining room with a small refrigerated wine cellar and the fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary amenities.
The living area leads to the right to the large master bedroom, built in the trullo that once housed the farmers' house, complete with a comfortable en-suite bathroom with shower and large walk-in wardrobe that also includes a safe. Then, proceeding to the left of the living area, you reach the other two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the rooms has single mattresses that can be separated if necessary. All the rooms are air-conditioned; the Trullo is also equipped with underfloor heating for guests during the colder months (an extra fee is charged).
Outside, the views of the surrounding countryside are those typical of the Itria Valley; olive trees, vineyards and vast fields of wheat. The well-kept garden, on the other hand, is somewhat reminiscent of Tuscan, as well as Mediterranean, landscapes. The large outdoor patio hosts a comfortable dining area in the shade of a large gazebo served by a useful wood-burning BBQ that includes a preparation area.
Next, two rows of cypress trees line the pathway that leads, after a series of steps, to the marvellous swimming pool area (40 sq m - salt water) complete with shower, enhanced by a large pergola that host a six comfortable sunsbeds and frames the fields surrounding the property.
